They yawned, looking around the warriors den for their sister- only for her to be missing. Oh well, she was probably just out for a walk- perfect time to sneak up and scare her.

They stood up, and started following their sister's scent trail. But their confidence that they'd find her dwindled as they recognized the path.

They paused, her scent had ended- but they didn't see her anywhere. Not in the trees, in the bushes- at least, they didn't see her entirely. And suddenly out of the forest came a loud scream, as SunStream finally saw their sister- who had been reduced to nothing but a paw, blood, a few clumps of orange fur, and a singular amber eye. Whatever had killed her took whatever monster they had made of her body with them.
