I nodded, breaking into a trot as I scanned the landscape, freezing at the sight of rabbit tracks on the ground.

I padded after Doestar, nearly crashing into the shecat when she came to a sudden stop. "Rabbit tracks," I meowed, stepping forward and lowering my nose to the tracks. "They're close by." 		Dynamite1429 [LIGHTS ON]

She paused flicking her tail side to side "hmm you two can go catch it,I smell a mouse" she purred turning and padding off ears pricked.

Nodding at her words, I tracked the tracks over towards a small outcrop of rocks, spotting the brown rabbit grazing on the last of the grass. "Circle around, ill scare it towards you," I whispered.

Doestar

Sniffing thr air, I loped around to the other side, giving the prey a wide circle as to not alert it. Once in place, I crouched down in the snow, shivering as it pushes past my coat. 		Dynamite1429 [LIGHTS ON]

The she cat was stalking the mouse with smooth silent steps the snow around her though not as deep,gave her cover as she stalked closer.

Leaping forward with a yowl, claws brushing the rabbits flank, I bolted after it as it took off running.

As the rabbit and Scorchfur came into view, I leapt out of hiding and onto the rabbit, biting down on its neck as warm blood flowed into my mouth. 		Dynamite1429 [LIGHTS ON]

A yowl echoed over and the mouse tensed,the she lunged forward but was to late,the mouse darted away.She hissed in annoyance tail flicking as she lifted her muzzle to scent for anything else.

Licking the blood from my lips I turned to Scorchfur with a smile. "Good job! This'll feed at least two cats," I meowed, leaning down to pick up the rabbit and padded in the direction Frostfeather had went, Scorchfur in tow. 		Dynamite1429 [LIGHTS ON]

She shook her fur, standing up. Wouldn't be of use to simply talk with her friend all day, even if she had already gone on a patrol. If she was going to be in camp she'd rather make herself useful and actually do something, so she padded over to the prey pile and began sorting it- crowfood, fresh, slightly stale, different kinds of prey.

Once she had finished, she stood up and carried out the rotten and frozen prey, digging a hole a few foxlengths from the camp and burying them.
