They say there is a grove here, where massive seeds drop from ancient trees, sprouting before they hit the ground. They never grow any further - unless you place a hand on one The tree's caretaker, an oddly young man with almost shimmering golden skin greets you as you reach the grove. He shows you the old seed casing of his loyal companion. The pup in question trots up behind you, its cool nose pressing into your thigh. They are an oddly matched set, but you can't deny the connection the two of them have. You feel your excitement growing as the young man steps back, allowing you to see the two seeds resting in the soft grass - will you reach out and grab one? 🌱 ------ 🌱 Brackenhounds are a baby of mine, I just love a good plant puppy! You are free to trade or resell any adopt you buy from me - if you pay me, its all yours! If you somehow convince someone to part with real human money for one of these little guys, please tell me I will be so very impressed. My exchange rates for GC to SC are 1GC = 300SC (If you can't tell, I have no SC I'm so poor,,,) and my prices are flexible! I also take adoptable trades as payment. Scry a pup: 2GC/600SC Peer into the future to see a glimpse of the Brackenhound within the egg. This is not a sale, but I will provide an obscured preview of the pup inside. Shake the tree: 2GC/600SC 1 to 3 additional seeds (from a random number generator) will drop from the tree, providing additional options to choose from. You will have a 48hr dibs on any of these seeds. 🍁Special Hounds 🍁 Provide an Offering: 3GC/900SC 1 to 3 seeds will appear, the Brackenhounds inside based off a plant you name. An offering also comes with a single free scry. You will have a 48hr dibs on any of these seeds. Invoke the seasons: 3GC/900SC 1 to 3 seeds will appear inspired by the aesthetic of any current event on Wolvden. If 2 events overlap, either specify or a random event will be selected. If no event is currently running, the pups will be based off the current in-game season as of your payment. You will have a 48hr dibs on any of these seeds. Corruption: 2GC/600SC You may corrupt a single seed, inducing a dangerous mutation. This is an additional modifier you may add to any seed that you wish to hatch. 🌸Cross-pollination (Coming soon!)🌸 Pollen from stud: 1GC/300SC A single seed will be generated, based off a cross between any Brackenhound you either own or are given permission to use by another owner. A basic scry will be provided free of charge. This seed will only belong to the person who generates it, but may be transferred with permission. New Cultivar: first set of seeds is automatic, any additional set is 2GC/600SC 1 to 3 seeds will be generated based off a stud and a dam. The first set is a free-for-all but for any additional seeds a 48hr first dibs will be placed for the person who generated the batch. Base hounds use a marking system, with some minor lineart modifications. Special hounds will have major lineart modifications and special markings - these will be heritable with cross-pollination.
