Experimented Wolf RP

Snowdrift's face contorted. "Small things with big teeth," he replied to Tripp, shuddering. "They can chew a tree down!"

Applecloud had been laying a few feet from Lost and the others, flicking her tail softly.

Ravensong was glancing at Rebel every now and then, her ear twitching.

VIDAR OCCASUS
"Descensus Averno Facilis Est."

The dim, artificial light filtered through the strange, translucent dome that arched over the forest, disturbing the many creatures who now resided. Amongst them, he too, awakened. Heavy eyelids peeled open to reveal striking ambers, decorated with a vein of ivory etched around shrunken pupils, however dull and lifeless. Those same pools shifted in their sockets, darting across the tree line. The forest itself was deceptively real, the earthy scent of moss, the rustling of leaves, and the occasional cry of a bird that never seemed to fly too far. But the dome above, shimmering faintly like a warped sky, was a constant reminder of the prison he was trapped in. Irked by the recollection, he gave a once-over across the environment, and then finally, the mass of muscle began to move.

Pushing himself to his paws, he shook off the dirt and leaves clinging to his dark fur. His piercing eyes, cold and calculating, scanned the area. The others, if they were nearby, didn't matter to him. He kept his distance from the pack of broken souls the facility had dumped here, creatures like him, altered, experimented on, and left to fend for themselves under constant observation. The thought had the blood beneath his flesh run hot, burning with fury, but alas, he swallowed it down. Stretching his lean, powerful body, he padded silently toward the perimeter. He did this every day—or what passed for a day here. It was his routine, his method of keeping what remained of his sanity intact. Patrol the borders. Analyze the dome. Search for weaknesses. Escape was a distant dream, but Vidar wasn't one to sit idle.

(Oooh new wolf. Btw I LOVE your writing!)
A crow cawed it's gruff call, echoing through the air as Rebels ears perked alertly. That was a crows language to wolves that there was either something dying or injured.

Rebel felt something tug at him, a curiosity tugging on his soul. Adventure.

He was not hungry, as his muzzle was still caked with blood from the beaver he had killed and demolished, but a silent call seemed to lure him towards the woods.

He rose without a word or warning, padding into the thick forest.

Ravensong blinked at him, confused. She twitched an ear, glancing at the sky as she noticed Rebel's tail disappear through the undergrowth. With a curious tilt of her head, she rose to her paws, padding towards the place where he had just been, before peering through the trees. Where is he going?

Ivory looked dead.

Sundew was following the group.
