Ranit tilts his head more, before standing tall and doing the funky roar song. "🎶 RAH RAH RAH RAH 🎶" it sounded so auto tuned fr. Then he would lower back down to stare at the human, pushing the rabbit closer to him.
Simon flinches, confused and scared. "Nice song..?" He glances back at the rabbit, kneeling down and pulling it into his lap. He hesitates but grabs his dagger slowly from his pocket, moving to try and free the rabbit with it. "I don't eat alive and raw food. I mean you might, but if you don't plan on eating it, it seems rude..?" He looks back up at Ranit, almost scolding him without meaning to
Ranit just looked confused cuz he didn't know what the human was saying. The amber couldn't be chipped away with a knife, there was only on known way to get the amber off. Ranit would sit and watch the human's attempts though. "That won't work, human." He said, although it would just sound like grunts and growls to Simon.
Simon pauses, confused but the unknown words. He looks down at the rabbit before trying to free it, failing. He didn't want to hurt the rabbit, but he also didn't know how to get it out safely. "What even is this?" He mumbles to himself as he takes a closer look at the amber
It was special amber. Cooled into being super hard and secure, like a super dense rock, once it hit the air. Key word being cooled. It could be weakened with fire. Ranit watched the human quietly, just being curious.
Simon huffs in annoyance. He didn't know anything this amber or this dragon. Hell, this dragon could kill him in seconds if wanted. And that thought snapped him out of his friendly faze. He looks up at Ranit. "You aren't gonna kill me, yeah?"
Ranit didn't understand the human and just stares at him. He wasn't attacking, just being curious and goofy overall, and trying to understand the human, since most were aggressive or terrified of him at first sight. "You're trying to talk to me? Too bad I can't understand your funny words, human." He said. Probably a bunch of little 'rawr' and 'rah?' and 'rohr' sounds lol.
