Disease: are some good? (Ticks, fleas)

If anyone is still looking for fleas, I got a fully trained chaser with fleas up for sale right now

Oh yeah, I wanted to ask about your chat sale advertisement - do fleas prevent injury as in all the "your wolf had a small hunting injury and lost 5HP" stuff, or do they only prevent actual open wounds and other illness?

@Nika They only prevent other diseases, not the small injuries from hunting. My finisher has fleas and he gets a small injury from nearly every hunt, as does my other non-infected hunters.

Ouch. At this point, now that open wound frequency has been lowered, it's honestly the small injuries that are most annoying.

Honestly, I think WD pulled a early April Fool's joke about that. A long April Fool's joke. At least, on me. Ever since they altered that, the frequency of my wolves getting open wounds skyrocketed from very frequent to "yeah, one of these heckers is getting an open wound today, lol"- (says RNG) "actually, maybe one or two more today would be okay!"

So idk about that one, y'all, I think the fleas are still pretty darn handy against open wounds.

Huh, interesting! For me open wounds have definitely gone down - I used to get several every day, now it's maybe one a day and sometimes none. It's less of an improvement than I was expecting, though, because once I wasn't using open wound salves all the time (which restored a lot of HP in addition to curing open wounds), it turned out that the HP loss means I keep needing healing salves instead...

I have several puppies with fleas for 5 sc each up right now if anyone is interested
