oooo, I used to work retail so I got a couple winners, but my favorite: "Where are your cards?" when they were literally in this person's line of sight about four feet behind me XD

Another good one: "I don't understand, your app says these are on aisle (blahblah), and that's this aisle but I don't see them?" And I just pointed behind her.

Most of them eventually got the hint and use their phone to communicate. Few would get angry when I said no. Few would take off their mask... while standing right next to me DX

I work in an animal hospital, and usually, our clients are very worried about their poorly animals and tend to ask questions. The dumbest one I got has been "Why does my male cat have nipples?". I simply told her, "well, men irl have nipples, and so do animals..."

The story behind that being she thought her cat was a female because of that and the vet told her her cat was male and she was so confused. I still think about it to this day.
