As for his rules, having decent fertility would be nice but it's not required. I don't care against inbreeding or if your wolf is inbred. Absolutely no stud racing, I'm on atleast once a day and he is a scout, so apologies if he doesn't have enough energy, just be patient and I'll get to you.
