She thought for a moment before her eyes lit up as she thought of a place. "Is there a best hunting spot?" She asked. Lionstorm "Let's make our way to the river and we can talk and ask each other questions on the way there." Lionstorm decided and beckoned the apprentice to walk at his side. "Are there any questions you have for me or anything you want to know?" He asked his apprentice. |

"Slow your paws, SunPaw, you have to understand the territory before we can begin hunting, I don't want my first apprentice getting injured on their first day." She chuckled, "let's focus on borders instead of hunting, now." (Is that a yes? A no? I'm asking because he lives close to the border, and the dead tree he lives in would be a good reminder for an apprentice that they've gone too far. And DuskPaw had already wanted to hunt him) |

"I named Sunpaw." He mewed and purred softly at the memory. "I am greatly honored that your mother chose me to name one of her kits." Sunpaw "Yes ma'am." She nodded a little disappointed though still thrilled that she could finally go out into the forest. (Sorry lemon, I forgot to answer. You can if you want to.) |

She smiled, flicking her tail as she padded deeper into the forest, looking back every few moments to make sure the apprentice was watching and following. "As we go, I want you to talk about what you see as if you're explaining it to somecat. If you see something unique, mark it in your head as a reminder of where you are." |

She nodded and gazed around the forest for a moment. "I notice that the birds are quieter than they are in warmer temperatures, the air is more crisp and clear, there is a lot of thick undergrowth and the tree trunks are pretty wide, actually these two trees are exactly parallel to each other, I'll remember that." She gestured to the two trees to her right with her tail and looked up at her mentor silently asking if she should continue. |
