He followed quickly after, waiting for the shecat to kill her prey before padding back up towards her, "that was amazing!" He purred, his ears moving quickly to each sound in the forest. "Now it's my turn," he set off towards the sound of hopping. His body froze, falling down into a crouch as every muscle in his body turned focus to catching the prey, his tail slunk behind him and his ears sharpened forward. Eventually his eyes caught sight of a juvenile rabbit, and his claws unsheathed. His weight lifted into his haunches as he slowly got closer and closer. He lunged forward, teeth sinking into the rabbits back as one of his paws raked across the rabbits face, killing it in a matter of seconds. He padded back towards the deputy with his tail high. |

Losteyes smiled at the compliment before hearing him pounce at another creature when he came back she smelled what she thought was a rabbit. "Good kill" She said while swishing her tail across the rabbit, it was quite plump. She raised her head hoping to smell another animal. |

His ears jittered, trying to capture the sound of another rodent, though he couldn't seem to hear anything nor see anything. His sense of smell wasn't the best, so he simply watched the deputy with a soft smile on his face. |

She picked up the scent of a of two ducks, she started stalking one, letting blackwhisker stalk the other. The scent was getting farther, she picked up her pace. And waited for the two ducks to get farther from each other. |

He saw LostEyes moving away, and he joined down into a crouch, following her until he scented the prey she was after. The scent slowly splitting into two. He picked up his speed to follow suit with the deputy, eventually finally locking in to one of the ducks scents. |

She pounced on the duck, just missing it, she ran after it and leaped into the air as she heard it take flight, her claw cut the wing as the duck soon came tumbling down, still trying to run away. She pounced once more and caught it in her mouth. Losteyes waited for Blackwhisker to pounce. |

He darted forward, the duck nearly taken off, he lunged his body forward into the air. He twisted around the duck like a snake, his body turning as he teeth sunk into the birds long neck, his claws gripping at its wings causing both him and the duck to tumble down onto the ground. He lifted his body, and the limp duck, the tip of his tail flicking contently as he smiled at LostEyes, "cmon. It's getting late, we should get back." He mewed, before another odd scent hit his nose- the scent of his clanmates, and another odd sandy scent. |

She could smell a blazeclan scent and a sandy scent, it was so strong she knew Blackwhisker could smell it too. "Probably the dusk patrol" She said "If, you want we can check it out. We just have to put the prey in camp." She grabbed her kill. And waited for his response. |

"I think we should check it out, they don't seem to far from camp anyway, so if it's something bad the patrol might need some backup," his ears twitched, "let's get going." |

"Oh, thank you, that's excellent!" Owlglare meowed. "I hope you enjoy your prey!" She padded her way into the medicine cat den, spotting the bundles of herbs. She sat down and began to work on sorting all the leaves apart for drying. |
