Scouting the Glacier --- is there a way to do it quick?

Hello,

My long-time goal upon discovering the Raccoon Wares in the Glacier has been to move to it. Though my scouts are well-equipped and capable of getting through the Glacier, they usually return having unlocked 0.6-0.9% of the biome. I am curious: I have 32 rollovers until my lead-wolf retires, and I need to scout this thing fast before then, even if I move into it the night before retirement. Is there a special way to do it? Am I missing out on some good technique to unlock it earlier and better than I have been? Thank you < 3 		alongforfunaj

Hi! If you have any dingbat pathfinders, they help a bunch! They are an item that allows your wolf to scout a substantial amount of the Biome! From my experience, using a dingbat pathfinder will take my search from .6-.9 to about 10%!

This is my first Glacier trek with these amazing results:
  • Scout Sisu returned from scouting the Glacier! He has discovered 10.55% of this area. 
I'll be snagging Dingbats right outta the air next time & storing them in the Scouts cave.
