Hello everyone, I'd like to make this pup my stud::

I'm quite close to obtaining the fenestra base, and potentially the fungi eye applicator and would like to use both on him to increase his value as a potential stud.

One player in chat suggested a stud price of 3 GC or 1,200 SC would be a fair price for a Dalmatian stud w/ the fenestra base & fungi eyes, but I'm not sure if I'm overpricing/underpricing  him :)
My current stud is my first lead wolf, obviously he is not my ideal stud, he's very plain so it will cost me 20 GC to change studs to my Dalmatian. It's an expensive investment for me, so I want to determine if my ROI—considering potential increased stud fees and breeding opportunities—will be worth it in the long run.

If there are any things I can do to increase his value- (I.e.,RMA) please let me know.

considering his stats and generation, i do think that would be a bit overpriced. i can't really pinpoint a price, but maybe around 2 gc/800 sc? and to boost his value i'd recommend getting your hands on some rmas or other marking applicators as well as some apps for his skin, claws, and nose to get them all matching :)

Do you think it would be more effective (in terms of profit) for me to create a raffle for the fenestra base or apply it to a stud?

i'm not too sure after looking at some of the other dalmation fenestras (2/5 being studs) and the raffle hubs demand for the app, so i might have to leave it up to your personal preference. sorry if that wasn't very helpful, it's just speculation!
