Some 'skeletal' css code (free to use/modify)

Just thought I would post my css for anyone to use/modify from if they wished.
The attribution lines in the css file can be removed only if you aren't using the file as is, though I would be happy to see where you can go from where I left off.

I do not promise 'clean' code.

The code provided is organized in a way I understand, and descriptions of what a line of code does are written as best I could.
