I finally came across an issue during hunting where there was only one scent trail available and I may be unable to send my team either I don't want to hunt that target or I feel it's dangerous for my pack but have no choice to cancel, search for a scent again, nothing. One choice I wasn't keen on accepting but had no choice. I'd like to be able to cancel my hunts if I feel the scent is too dangerous. |

I would support this only if cancelling a hunt would still take the hunting slot, because if it didn't it would be too easy to just exploit this mechanic and ex. only seek large trails. But I would say you don't have to be worried about a hunt being dangerous, larger trails have higher chance to hurt your wolf or to fail. But even critter trails can leave your wolves beaten down and with open wound. |

Seems a fair trade off to me, to lose a slot. Seeing as you can cancel hunts in Lioden and there's no risk your pride, insofar I know, can't be hurt when you may not have the resources to heal them and lose them from a cornered situation. And I don't know how bad a injury is possible yet in this game so I can't say in that. I've noticed from other players their wolves are beat to trash after big hunts |

Your wolves only lose HP from injuries, and even if they drop down to 0 HP they are fine. They just can't hunt until healed. |

Support! IDK if losing a slot is really necessary, but idc. I've just found that if I select the wrong hunting party, there's no going back... so sometimes that's an issue (esp. if its close to rollover and I haven't nested one of the hunters or some other viable reason). |

I support this too, I keep having the problem of if a wolf dies and I replace them in the hunting party, it doesn't default to putting the replacement in the now empty role. I now have to carry out the hunt (because I clicked before noticing and then it was too late) with a trained Chaser as my Finisher while the new Finisher is getting Chaser proficiency instead of what they should be getting. It's quite frustrating, though I do acknowledge I should have double checked, I'm used to all wolves being in the right positions already from my trained teams, so this kind of accident happens easily. |
