Cool!  Actually, I was thinking of maybe sending one of the twins and keeping the other.  That way we can see each other's twin as they grow up.

To answer your question, identical twins are entirely random. There aren't any items to increase chance, but they are more common than mutations, so it's not really needed. Honestly, if you're breeding let's say ~20-30 females/their heats in a generation of your pack, you're likely to get at least one set, at least that has been my experience, but we were never told the exact chances and it is entirely a matter of luck. You can sometimes tell if a female is going to have twins though if the litter size is checked and gives you 7 as the answer (one more than usual max of 6), but that only happens if the original size was going to be 6.

The twins are supposed to have weaned today but they're gone.  I had a huge space crisis and they must've been chased.  About to send a petition to revamp the territory system because I'm bleeding good wolves now.
