How to get the dateable wolf decor?

I was wondering, how do you actually receive the datable wolf for decor because I know you have to get it to a certain amount of hearts and affection but a few of my wolves are maxed out at 50 affection and I still have not received the decor so I'm just wondering is there a specific way to? I was having the same trouble earlier lol
But apparently you can claim the decors once tier 3 is open
