"Alright, thank you," Eylah said. The sun was almost set beyond the horizon now, thick clouds covering the darkening sky. It would rain soon, she was sure.

Festive smiled. "You're welcome, I'm glad that darklight found you, you look very tired. Let me show you where you can sleep."

Eylah nodded and followed the other wolf, thinking of home. She was sure her mother was half in the grave from the news of her disappearance alone, never mind her mother's age. Eylah almost winced. How could she have been so stupid, taking that dare? She was hardly a pup anymore, so this flight of fancy was inexcusable.

"You're very kind," Eylah told the pack leader, pulling herself from her thoughts.

"Thank you." Festive said turning. "There's my cave." He said pointing. "Wake me if you have anything on your mind, or if you need anything" He smiled. He pointed to another cave. "You can use that one, it's empty." He pointing to on in the middle of the two. "That's where the pack sleeps, that cave is actually two separate ones, with a main entrance."

"Alright, thank you," Eylah said, heading into the cave offered to her. She settled herself in, resting her head on her legs and closing her eyes.

Festive and his whole pack settled down. Festive sighs and closed his eyes. He stayed up late as usual. He looked around his cave and decided to work on it. He moved his stuff around and tried to make it clean, but actually made something hit the ground with a loud dull thud.

Eylah startled awake at the sudden loud noise, something louder than the patter of rain that had overtaken the area. She rose from the cave floor and headed to where the noise had come from.

Festive sighs. He pulled out something broken from his den. He didn't notice her, instead he continued dragging pieces from his den.

Eylah looked upon the broken pieces of some sort of object and realized it had been the noise to wake her. She cleared her throat to alert Festive of her presence.

"What's that?" she asked.

(Going out for a bit, might not reply for a while.)

Festive looked up. "It was something to remind me of my mother." He said, sadly. "It was the only thing I had to remember her by." He laid down, pinning his ears back sadly.

(Alright.)
