My pack isn't a monarchy, so king/queen doesn't really fit. I'm not really a fan of the Alpha/Beta titles either, and most of the other drop-down options are also pretty redundant (such as lead/leader/pack leader). Especially because we can't have footnotes on our lead or put them in a specific den, I think allowing a simple option for people to give their lead a custom title would allow people to choose a title that would allow them to use their creativity and fit more into their unique pack lore. I admit, I am very biased and desperately want a sheriff/deputy title for my western-themed pack. But just think of the possibilities! Matriarch, sovereign, archon, emperor, ruler, prince/princess, patrician, immortal, lord/lady... There are just too many potential names and titles someone might want to give to their wolves to fit in a single drop-down menu. Similarly, with featured wolves, this would also open up possibilities -- such as being able to highlight your stud's best qualities on your main page, or being able to designate a wolf as "heir" or "future lead", or other important notes. I know a lot of people might not care about this sort of thing - but it's a very, very small change that I think would make a lot of people very happy. |

If not a custom feature, it would be worth it to implement a title collection feature like lioden, minus the karma aspect (maybe you can earn some exploring or in events?). That would be such an enrichment to quality of life. "Heir" or "future lead" would be extremely useful to almost all players, I'm shocked it's not in the game already to be honest. I, for one, have been calling my future lead "friend", which doesn't quite capture the energy I want but is the most accurate option. I also think we're missing funny titles or festive event titles. I know wolvden devs are really busy implementing new features and art, but I think taking the time to expand the title feature is worth it for players. It adds infinite lore possibilities for us lore-driven players, spices up life for people who just like funny titles, and can have pragmatic uses for breeders/breeding projects/stat grinders, or anyone who has a functional purpose for titles. |

But on a serious note, I want to be able to come up with something more creative for my lead wolf title. |
