High quality cat + small scenery (SC/Paypal)

I have a bit of an abstract request I guess? I'd like to have my bfs cat drawn along with some shiny mushroom thingie (I'll try provide examples of some sorts). It's meant to be kind of fantasy. It doesn't have to be very big. I'm specifically looking for high quality. I suppose I have 4000 SC and 2 GC available but that's not much, so I don't mind paying via paypal. I don't really have a budget, if the quality is worth it then it's fine.

Hi! Would you consider charcoal at all, as traditional art? I am wondering, as that's the highest quality in my repertoire, for art.

Price would be a bit high, since charcoal is best in a bit more of a larger size, and again its my highest quality for realistic purposes. No worries if not something of interest though!
