Tickets are bought for one raffle right now its the SHAPESHIFTER raffle C: 
They cost 10:SC: for 1 OR   1:GC: for 10 ! 

Once there is a end date listed, you can purchase tickets for that specific raffle until I message in forum that I am no longer accepting tickets because the raffle is ending and a winner is being drawn.
 
If there is another raffle you'll be let known if your tickets are stackable or reset !
