The person might have listed it incorrectly - 100sc instead of 100gc. I would DM them abou it.

Update: just looked at the previous owner through the "previous packs" page and they seem kinda new. Like, not first day new, but enough that they might not know how to price t3 NBWs.

That was my first thought too, but the price was 100sc or 1 gc, so it clearly wasn't a typo.
And I also checked how long they've been here, and it's from january (their lead is 5 years old and has been leading the pack for 100 ros), so they're no newbie.
Weird.
