differentiate Watering Hole and Free-For-All, or merge them

"A place to come for talking about anything and everything."

vs

"The place to go to discuss anything to your heart's desire."

is a distinction without a difference. I think, based on the subboards, it's reasonable to make Watering Hole more explicitly about Wolvden things, and Free-For-All about non-Wolvden things. Right now, I'm seeing both types of topics in both areas, and that's totally understandable because their official descriptions are equivalent. But I'd personally love to have game/non-game discussion separated?

This wouldn't take much work.. maybe the deletion/moving (if possible) of a few topics if you want to make a hard line rule, or more soft-handedly just change the two board descriptions to encourage people to post appropriately.

I think it should be specified that Watering Hole is WD related topics and  Free-For-All for anything else. I think it's good to have separated boards for it as there could be people who just want to discuss WD and aren't interested in fandom stuff or other discussions in FFA.
