The final sacrifice(open

Jewel nodded and stretched. Feng fast asleep

"good. now stay here. im off to hunt ill be here somewhere" Cardon then shifted into P[Leopard form and licked Jewels tiny face "  if I see you out of this den,  I will think of something for your punishment, understand me young lady?" Cardon said looking at her  when he reached the edge of the den

Jewel nodded giggling softly

"good" Cardon said as he walked off in search of food for  both Feng and himself. two hours later, he came back with a hog carcass. 

Jewel was asleep

Cardon ate most of it, since he was starving. But left the rest for Feng and the kids.  He went back to the entrance of the den and shifted to Human and hummed a quiet song.

Jewel let out a series of huffs

Cardon snarled "  quiet, young lady" he said looking at her " its your nap time. "

Jewel let out a sleepy complaint "12 more minutes..."

*alright alright" Cardon said sighing and shifted into human form before leaning against the den and falling asleep himself. he dreamed of finding someone new. but he knew that it would never happen.
