(Edited for role play response) A muscular female wolf steps forward, her orange-y fur glowing in the moonlight. “Greetings, fellow Alpha.” she says, dipping her head briefly. “These pups are all looking to find places in other packs, as they feel that the Great Phoenix Pack is perhaps not perfect for them.” She motions to a crowd of young wolves behind her, who stop tousling for a moment to look responsible. “Although they don’t look it, they’re a capable and hard-working lot.” Firebird adds with a chuckle. Hello! These pups (and some adults) are all for sale! Most are already in trades https://www.wolvden.com/cave/30121 |

EDIT - I did end up trading this wolf, so the below no longer applies! Leaving on here just for entertainment value. (...I highly doubt this is what you're looking for, and absolutely no offense taken if you ignore this! Honestly, the temptation to respond in character was way too tempting.) A pair of wolves approach the front of the gathering. Both look more like dogs than wolves, but neither flick an ear at the rumbling of remarks around them. The leaner and smaller out of the two calmly sits down, and gestures to the hulking wolf at her side, who is already curling a lip at an onlooker. "I present to you, Birchnose, a hunter and finisher. He is not a scout, but he is more than strong enough to travel to the warmth of the southern lands and return without injury. He has flourished under my guidance after finding him alone in the mountains, but he is young still, and his talents could be of far more use to another pack. He has... elected to find another pack, rather than hunting with the newly grown pups." "Pipsqueaks." He mutters under his breath, rolling his shoulders and cracking his neck. |

I have this girl that I bought to be my next herbalist in case she died before she had her last litter, but now that I have a heir I don't need her anymore. I got her for a 100 and something, but since I don't remember, I'd leave her for a 100SC.Vitis Editing to add a little roleplay blurb. An old black wolf with striking amber eyes approaches with a pretty adolescent. The older steps forwards and says: "Here I present, Vitis, though she's young, she's been trained by me in the art of herbalism. She has been a dedicated student and might be of service to you." |

@Magic & Little Duck, thank you but nobody catches my eye. @crafty crab, just gonna RP turning him down, since he's no longer available. The large, multicolored leader turned his dark eyes to the next group of wolves as the latest was ushered away. They were an interesting pair, he wasn't even sure he was looking at wolves. Did their human tainted cousins even listen to the birds? Wildfire wanted a closer look. Even though Avalanche, his main scout, barely looked at the pair, Wildfire hopped down from his rocky perch. The smaller of the two took a seat nearby, seemingly nonplussed by the gathering's reaction to their presence, and introduced the hulking dog-patterned wolf. Upon closer inspection Wildfire was shocked he had ever wondered at the wolves' heritage. The male wolf was easily as big as Wildfire and built like only one with generations of lean survival in his blood could be. "Welcome, Birchnose and company." Wildfire On The Mountain murmured, turning to give his companion above a questioning look. The large white wolf sneered at the three briefly before turning his attention further down the line. A chuckle escaped the black and white maw of the lead wolf as he turned his attention back to the pair. He was certain Avalanche was worried about Birchnose usurping him. While Wildfire could appreciate the benefits Birchnose would bring to his pack, he had grown quite fond of the white beast, and Avalanche certainly did his fair share for the budding pack. "I wish you both good hunting, but unfortunately it won't be with us. Thank you for your time." And with that farewell the large wolf returned to his seat in two long bounds. @Starling & Xephos I didn't see anyone I needed but thank you. @Crimson Ashes I have a high preference for females but he makes me wonder why. He's gorgeous. I am going to keep hoping for a gorgeous high stat young she wolf but if he is still around when i give that up ill definitely make an offer. @GiveMeBackMySweetRoll>.> Wildfire watched with interest as an older wolf approached him. Cloaked in the night sky he was a moving scent with amber eyes reflecting the moonlight. As the older wolf introduced another, Wildfire felt a stir at his side. Someone had caught the eye of the Goose Pup pack's only permanent scout. Wildfire took a deep breath as he spotted the object of interest - a small pup. The canis heaved himself to his broad paws, nimbly leaping from his rocky overhang to follow the big white beast. Avalanche was looking the adolescent over from a slight distance, eyes gleaming. Wildfire gave a respectful nod to the older wolf before appreciating the young female's striking coat and intelligent eyes. It was easy to convince himself she could be a good scout for the pack. A dutiful student could easily perform the task to some degree or another. No, what made him hesitate was her small diminutive size and the current scout's malicious, bully-like nature. It wouldn't be fair to throw her to the beasts if she couldn't hold her own. The lead male approached the black and white pup to give her a curious sniff. "Hello." Thanks for the chance to rp <3 |

@YourSweetrollIsMineNow The older wolf gently pushed the adolescent in front of her and encouraged her to respond. While a bit shy at first, she resolutely steps forwards and says in her most confident voice: "Hello! While I might not know anything about scouting, I promise will work hard to be the best I can be, so you won't regret taking me in!" Do let me know if you are interested and I'll set up a private trade for you. And no problem, it's fun <33 |

@NotMySweetRoll?!?! Wildfire watched with fond eyes as the dark leader gave the young female a gentle nudge of encouragement. He couldn't help but give the pup a wolfish smile, regarding the starkly marked creature with squinty eyes. Under no circumstances would he subject the innocent creature to alone time with Avalanche, but perhaps she could serve the pack in other ways. "I have no doubt you will make a fine and dedicated wolf, Vitis." The young leader looked closely at the pup, summing up her potential, calculating the many moons of food and training it would take to get her to her prime. The desertscape male let out a long sigh, shooting Avalanche a dirty look as he danced from paw to paw excitedly. "I'm not sure you are what I am looking for in a scout," he said, shutting down the white wolf's interest in the pup and sending him stalking off into the moonlight. "But you will find a place in this pack regardless." Wildfire turned his attention to the older male, locking eyes with him. "I'll take her." @Everyone, I found a scout through other means so this is now closed. |

@YesYourSweetroll Althaea sighs in relief and says "I've brought some food and amusement items, in case she got accepted as thanks. I hope you give her a good home, it's a pity she couldn't stay with us." Vitis tries her best to suppress her excitement as she walks towards the male wolf. |
