LF: Humanoid-ish Artists, to do a very Personal OC of mine

So I have a very special oc who I feel is like my spiritual aspect of myself. For a while now I've been trying to find someone or people to do works of art of him but never got around to it because I didn't know any artists who did humans (most of my friends do horses...lol... ^^;;;)

My character is a Mountain Nyala who can switch to a more 'human' like phase but has his animal qualities still showing in some areas (such as his ears/antlers/tail/hooves). Sadly I don't have ANY ref artwork other than ref images that I found on Google/Pinterest/models etc that can best help me show you how I 'see' him. He is VERY special to my heart and as such, I am looking for artists who can do semi-serious designs of him or sketches (they don't need to be cleaned up or colored even).

I can pay in USD/Paypal or in Gold Cones.
If you're on Lioden I can also pay in Applicators/Items/Currency on that site as well as on Wolvden. 
Just depends on what you're able to allow me to pay you with. 

There is no deadline, so please don't feel rushed to make him. 
I see him as either between the ages of 34/48 years old.
