Example: You can't give a bone marrow to a wolf with 90% energy, where it would be useful to do so is if youre on break at work and cant wait that extra time for it to get upto 100%. Same with guarana you should be able to give it to a wolf even if they have a bit of energy, say your wolf is at 30% energy and you're about to go to bed and want to sent them out scouting, even though they have some energy you should be able to feed it to them.	🧊 Orthrus🧊 #15164

Support! I generally bone marrow my scouts when I'm going to bed and notice they're close to 100%. But sometimes I don't catch it until they're at 85%+ and I just have to wait (or waste energy). I'd love to be able to bone marrow them regardless so I can send them out immediately.

This moment when we think we won't use bone marrow to a scout because either it's early, we're not certain if it doesn't go to waste as we would have waited for 20% energy anyway or it's too late when we gotta go offline but the wolf has more than 80% and can't just use the item to go on a mission.

It'd be great to use bone marrow on a wolf that has any energy missing to skip up to 22 minutes waiting to re-scout.

Similarly with guarana, where the waiting time can be much longer.

Oppose in regards to guarana. It's expensive and if this was changed players would accidentally use guarana on wolves with 90-100% energy.
