Your special connection: This was my mother's favorite animal before she passed, and we often consider them to be of spiritual value. That the pretty little red birbs guide souls to the other side/are the souls visiting loved ones. I've always held them in special regard and associate them with her, especially since I saw a decent amount of them the day after she passed.
