Locking wolves in hunting to a specific role

 Say i want to work on a specific stat for the wolves i have in a hunting party, currently the set up requires i change the wolf order every time i wish to send the group on a hunt. I'd love some feature that allows me to lock a wolf into a specific role to get up their experience or stats in the role without having it auto reset every time. 

Take the stats of these two wolves for example 

Wolf One

 Wolf Two

Wolf two has higher strength so they are automatically put into the finisher role however i want to work on Wolf two's smarts stats. Wolf one gets automatically put into the Stalking role. Every hunt i have to switch the two to work on the desired stats. This change would be more of an ease of life sort of change. Nothing big.
