Does sex changing a wolf make them infertile?

Basically the title. If I sex changed a male or female, would they still be able to breed afterwards? I'm stumped, because the item description doesn't specify, and I'd hate for a mishap.

Of course they'll be able to breed! The sex changer simply changes their sex either from male to female or vise versa, as long as they're not a lead wolf, a breeding male, or already pregnant and it won't affect their fertility :) Hope this helps!
