Change the Battle Menu (Updated!)

I use a desktop with a 24inch or so TV as my monitor. 1920x1080 resolution and I still have to scroll down to click the button.

When entering battle the browser goes up to the top so if I want to access the old lucky foot button I gotta scroll down a bit which I found kind of annoying to have to do every time. Not a deal breaker, but it was irritable enough that I didn't really touch my lucky foots when I had any.

That does sound very frustrating - after reading this, I'm very much for leaving the button where it is now, but having it there permanently and just not click-able when you don't have any Lucky Feet (or other possible future luck items, who knows!)
