Boxes (Basic): 3 boxes - two side by side across the page and one spanning across the page under that. If the bottom one could be a scrolling box and the top 2 be fixed that would be perfect.

Other/notes: not sure too much about text size - just don't want the overall text too large (Palatino Linotype can sometimes look slightly too large) (:
