TURDUCKEN: the TIII FOX STUD OF THE PEOPLE, 750 STATS 10 GC/1000 SC

World, meet Turducken: a hot-and-beefy new tier III stud forged by and for the people!  

Forged through great collective effort by the Fox Coalition, a little group that started when I thought to myself how much more easy, fun, and cost effective it might be to get ahold of some juicy TIII bases if my friends and I pooled our resources on fox drops and shared a stud freely at the end of it.  Lo and behold the idea grew legs and took off, evolving into a sprawling and beautiful union of folks who all wanted to contribute-- and in the end, we did it, together!  Turk's appearance, disposition, stat-based orientation and markings were all crowd funded AND voted on as a union to consensus, and now the fruits of our labor are finally old enough to start working and get to breeding!  

First and foremost, he's a stud for the Coalition's members-- but he's also available for public use, too!  Interested in getting yourself a litter of his puppies?  Continue on!  

Breeding Instruction for Fox Coalition Members!

STANDARD SLOTS (25 per week for members when refreshed):

1.  Make sure you've signed up on our Google Doc for the time slot you would like!   This is MANDATORY for standard breedings, but technically optional for traditional breedings (though it does greatly aid organization on my end to have them on the list as well, so still highly encouraged)
2.   Submit a stud request as usual, paying normally.  If you do NOT have enough funds (either GC or SC) to cover the breeding fee, contact me beforehand and I'll send them to you in full, then skip step 3 below.  
3.   Set up a private trade to me-- Han (20436) in the Trading Center.  Set the trade CONTENTS to a placeholder (1 SC or a single worthless item), while setting the BUYOUT to your STUD FEE, in whatever currency you paid.  
4.   I'll double check my list to confirm your name/ID/etc, then buy out the trade to return all your money right back in your pocket!  Like magic!    

TRADITIONAL SLOTS (it's a free-for-all, y'all):

1. Put your USER ID NUMBER within the name of your breeding wolf (ex: "Raw Beef - 20436").  PLEASE NOTE: I WILL reject trades with "unlabeled" females until their titles have been corrected.  The numbers are crucial for me to easily ship wolves back where they belong after breeding!
2. Set up a private trade to me-- Han (20436) in the Trading Center.  The trade must contain your breeding wolf, 1 nesting material, and 1 instant pup delivery feather.  IF you are truly unable to provide a feather for financial reasons, please contact me and we'll work something out.  I may be able to offer a "long haul" holding of your pregnant wolf in exchange for a small carcass/toy instead!  
3.   Set the TRADE BUYOUT to 1 SC.  I'll "purchase" your wolf ASAP and get to breeding!
4. Once the 2 hour trading cooldown is up, I'll ship them back to you with their new offspring! 

At this time I request that Coalition members limit their free STANDARD breeding to one slot weekly, at least until demand settles!  

HOWEVER... 

There is no functional limit on the amount of added TRADITIONAL breedings a user can redeem whenever they need!  The only catch is that you'll need to provide a feather for each of them, so they do technically  have a cost.  I also ask just for my own sanity that you don't dump a dozen ladies on me all at once or something.  Beyond that, go hog wild.  Chase the TIII bases of your dreams.  Y'all earned this.  

Breeding Instructions for NON-Coalition Members!

STANDARD SLOTS (5 available per week to the public!)

1.   To reserve a guaranteed slot on any date, use the Google Doc to do so, even as a non-member!  You can also use this very thread to inquire/reserve as desired, too!  Don't be afraid to ask questions! 
2.   Submit your stud request just like normal during the designated time frame!  That's it!  Your stud request will be filled ASAP, either for 10 GC or 1500 SC.  These funds will be recycled back into providing any necessary stud upkeep (breeding slot full refresh, den extensions for holdover breedings, guarana, feather purchases for Coalition members that cannot afford it, etc) with any excess redistributed as kickback payments to item donors who helped make the fox applicator.  

TRADITIONAL SLOTS (it's still a free-for-all, y'all):

3. Set the TRADE BUYOUT to 1 SC.  I'll "purchase" your wolf ASAP and get to breeding!
4. Once the 2 hour trading cooldown is up, I'll ship them back to you with their new offspring!

As with Coalition members, TRADITIONAL BREEDING TO THE PUBLIC IS FUNCTIONALLY UNLIMITED.  

I would definitely prefer at least a heads up with logging it in the Google Doc sheet beforehand (and once again humbly request not dumping a dozen wolves on me at once), but even that isn't strictly required so long as a user follows all other trade protocol!  Use him to your hearts' content!  Get those cool bases of your dreams!  

FAQ AND OTHER BULLSHIT:

Q: How do I become a member of the Fox Coalition?  

A:  Right now membership is sort has a "soft" close on it simply because we met our goals with Turducken and there are no more items to find/donate/etc, but if you want to be a part of the Discord community you are still absolutely welcome!  In the future, if there are more Wolvden goals conducive to big group efforts and jolly cooperation, we'll very likely open up again for more "official" members!

Q: Does joining the Coalition discord make me a member?

A:  Sort of, but not quite!  Just joining the discord doesn't automatically grant free breedings.  I do, however, take longterm participation and community contributions/helpfulness absolutely have merit in my eyes, so who knows!  Not everyone on our official members list got to donate any items during the applicator rush, after all!   

Q: I'm concerned about inbreeding!  What do I do?  

A: Fear not!  Turducken has no recurring blood in his lineage and is not inbred!  He is related to Sunfall and Scoutmeat, so if back-crossing is a concern you'll just need to avoid those bloodlines.  

Q: Can I breed a related wolf BACK to Turducken? 

A:  Go ahead!  I personally DO NOT CARE if he has any inbred offspring.  Follow your own play styles and do whatever!  Follow your weird little hearts!  

Q: Are you going to be leveling Turducken up/how strong will he be?

A: I will be!  The Coalition voted in favor of weighting STATS over other bonus traits (ie, carrying a mutant gene), and I'll be tossing Turk into scouting bootcamp to power level from now until... uh, he dies, probably.  With a baseline stat of 522 at level 1, he'll get buff ASAP for some nice, chunky offspring numbers.  

Q:  Why is the fee for a traditional breeding cheaper than a standard breeding?

A: Because a traditional breeding doesn't consume any real "resources" (ie, a stud slot) and also requires the breeding user to cough up a feather (which costs GC on its own), the discount felt both necessary and appropriate to help compensate!
