Allow Access to Currency in Buried when Befriending NBWs

I just happened upon a gorgeous NBW that had the points marking I wanted, but miraculously failed it. I have GC, but I keep it tucked in my buried hoard to because it's easier to avoid frivolous spending when it's stashed away.

So when I failed befriending, I just figured 'hey, I'll just go to my hoard and get my GC', only to find that I ...did not have access to the hoard to get that GC. And so I wound up having to let it go. :S

I felt rightly punished for not having the GC on my hand that instant despite it being right there, tucked in my hoard. 

So my suggestion is basically a QOL change:

When going to auto-friend an NBW, the game will run a check on both your GC balance and the GC part of your buried hoard. That way any GC you have buried can help cover the cost instantly if you find yourself short a couple GC.

I don't see why the GC can't be "dug up" for me instantly to make it easier in those types of circumstances.

This would take some amount of coding, I'm sure, and creating of some pop up prompts to confirm or decline use of digging up GC. But I feel it is a fair request to make.
