Personality Based Helping Group? | Discussion

Hello, hello! 

So I have an idea for a group and I was wondering if I could snag some opinions on it and maybe get a discussion up and running. This will be my first time trying to start a family/clan so I'm a tad nervous to just throw it up. 

This is what I was thinking so far : 

A discord server with three different "packs". 

There will be a leader (or potentially multiple) of each group that acts as a discord moderator. The leaders/mods will have the ability to pick the pack name + their title (king, pathfinder, alpha, etc) so long as it fits with the corresponding good/neutral/evil theme. 

Each group will help each other but have their own goals too. For example, the positive karma pack might be responsible for stocking up on herbs to help the group during winter, the neutral karma pack might be responsible for researching certain markings, etc. Sometimes groups can organize their own projects, other times the entire server/clan will work together toward a common theme (such as "winter is coming").

Each group in the discord will have their own chatting area but the gaming corner, marketplace, guides, and regular chatting is open to everyone. 

Once or twice a month (or whenever) there will be a friendly competition between the three groups. Sometimes it will be an actual game, sometimes it will be a competition on which group can get the most members to join, etc. There will be raffles, discount studs, and hopefully just be a good time all around. 

I have a discord server in the works with self-assignable roles and all of that, I just wanted some feedback and opinions before trying to throw up an actual clan guide, as I don't know if something like this would have much interest.
