Ahh, just one more time. Since it'll be a while before I can use an aging crystal on the new puppo and set him up for stud. I've already spent a bunch of GC on a sex changer and a couple of total shuffles; the Black Spectacles were a happy accident that allow for maximum anime eye potential. In the end I've decided that black markings are really the only thing I like on the neon yellow base. Here is where Tombac pupper currently stands:

My plan now is to set him as my breeding male, which will allow me to breed to all my Warm Light II ladies for free, and hopefully make some money back via studding! Of course, that could change if I get even luckier with this next litter.

I'm putting Gold Lion up for sale, as I won't be breeding her with her grandson and therefore her role in my project is over.

She's a TII NBW less than 4 years old, and would be great for anyone else trying to breed for Warm Light! I don't want a lot for her, I just think she's too useful to chase. Trade is located here!

What a pain in the ass. My internet was down for most of the last week, so I missed out on a bunch of rollovers and my puppo is still like a month old.

Meanwhile, a Piasa stud has entered the market, but I won't be studding to him. (I am very very broke.)

I swear this game is taunting me sometimes.

I decided to check up on Tomo, the NBW who previously produced a Tombac for another player, and went to see what that offspring is now doing. Turns out that wolf has had some puppies... and Tomo is now a Piasa grandma. So close and yet so far...

Still, I'm looking forward to the next phase of this project! It won't be long before I'll have my own Tombac stud. In the meantime, I've retired Caslon, but he had one last fling with non-project wolf Kashua before stepping down. Meet Yellowjacket:

The only thing more fun than breeding for Piasa is breeding for Piasa with an ongoing chance at B/W het! They'll make a pretty pair regardless of bases thrown.

I'm still keeping all my other Warm Light II ladies in reserve- though I'll be selling Sunbeam when Bumblebee weans, like Gold Lion, as I won't be breeding her back to her own son. And by my calculations A Roll In Red Clay will be able to sneak in one final litter before she becomes too old. It'll still be over a week until I can use that aging crystal on Bee... WD is definitely not a game about instant gratification, that's for sure. But at least it gives me time to rebuild my SC reserves.

I gave in and studded to Milo. Tomorrow I'll be able to make Tombac puppo my new breeding male but I'm kinda torn now, should I just put him in a pair with Yellowjacket and hold out for Piasa and/or het before I set a new stud? TIII stud prices are falling so fast it's absurd.
