Does moving to a different biome allow hunting parties to gain more exp?

Title says it all. I scanned a handful of Grouse guides, but didn't find an answer.

I plan to move to a difficult biome to level my hunting parties quicker, but can't seem to find a consistent answer as to if they level faster or not. If they do level faster, is it worth the trouble of the decreased hunting successes?

Yes, they do. MUCH bigger exp rewards as you into more difficult biomes. I saw someone gathering data on just how much of a difference it makes, but I can't remember where it was so I can't find it again. As to if it is worth the decreased success, that probably depends on if you have enough SC to buy food, or few enough wolves to feed them from what you find in explore.

You should bear in mind that more difficult biomes will also be more difficult to bring down prey successfully in. You may find your pack going a little hungry. Make sure your hunters have very high stats before going to a challenging locale.
