Hetero Eye Chances?

Hi everyone! I'm currently trying to breed for BW Hetero and/or BB Hetero. Does anyone know the relative chances of obtaining one, or has anyone managed to get one outside of breeding to an already existing Hetero? I've noticed that most Heteros share a common ancestor, and thus I'm trying so hard to breed one of my own! I of course am breeding blue eyes with brown eyes and white eyes with black eyes.

I suppose I'd just like other people's experiences with this if they have a similar goal! Or any information on the matter really. Thank you <3

That makes sense, since it's 50/50 of obtaining the eye color from each parent, yeah? Which would consequently be about a 25% chance?

Tsk, I just wish I knew what the beginning chances were. Like, are they closer to the carrier/noncarrier chances at like 10-15%, or are they equivalent to the chance of obtaining a random mutation lmao! I feel like it's low, but not as rare as a random mutation? Since it's sort of the combination of certain genetics? But who knows...

I'm just trying to avoid the Forte/A Light in the Dark lines by creating lines of my own but jskdjskdjs the DIFFICULTY.
