Does pack role proficiency transfer?

If a wolf has a bunch of stats in stalking, scouting, pupsitting, etc, will those transfer over if they're traded?

Technically yes.

But for each they they don't do their role, they lose 1 proficiency point, so if a wolf is in a trade for some time, it may not have the same proficiency as when they were put on sale
