Kylie  sighed when she finished her chapter she was on and saw him coming back. She gave him a   gentle smile and walked to his table " Hey.. i saw the book you were reading. I have that book too, not with me of course.. but at home". Mind if I sit?" she asked. She hoped he would allow it since she never really talked to guys much. Shyness gnawing at her soul.

He nodded to the barista and gave thanks before turning to return to his spot in the corner with coffee in hand. He brought it up to take sip as the familiar female approached him. Spencer arched a brow at her as she spoke, thankful she wasn't outwardly and overwhelmingly charismatic or chatty.

"Sure," he answered gently, gesturing with his free hand to the empty seat across from him, before speaking up again, "so, you've heard of Marcus Aurelius?" Spencer asked, picking up the book and returning it to his lap.

" its been awhile since I read that book, but yeah." kylie said finishing her scone. She was really nervous and looked past him and stared at a bird in a tree. Her book was in her purse by now and around her shoulder, for she was about to go back tot her place. But she couldnt move, she was stuck with this handsome looking guy.. she wanted to go, but she just.. couldnt. She began to hope they would become friends. " Hey.. wanna hang out some time this week? I know this really cool place I found awhile ago" she looked back at him 

Spencer hummed and nodded. The silence between them was deafening. He continued to look at her, only because it would be rude to tune-out and return to his reading. He was admittedly surprised and taken aback at her abrupt invitation. They'd only had two exchanges in the past three minutes and she wants to.. "hang out"? Spencer was confused. 

"A.. a really cool place?" He echoed, confused and suspicious to say the least, his brow knitted.

Kylie bit her lip " Um.. yeah.. a  for.." she stopped before giving herself away " A  place  with a  path its a huge loop to walk around". She was glad she stopped herself. If she gave herself away, she would never become friends with him " you dont have to go this week.. just whenever you want." She gave her phone number to him and stood back up " Look, I .. I gotta um go" see you around?" 

" Names Kalie" she said looking at him before turning around and walked out of the cafe.  She walked back home before shifting into her cheetah form and ran to the forest " God.. im an idiot... im just glad I stopped  talking  when i did. I almost gave my identity away"
