Caves?

Is there a purpose to caves beyond organisation of your pack? 

I've so far been just aorting by pack role, but wondered idf i might be missing any perks or anything.

Yes, for "quarantine" purposes. When a wolf gets sick, there is a chance of certain illnesses being contagious and spreading to other members if not "isolated" in a different cave.
