Newbie questions

Hi! I'm kinda new to this and there are a few questions that I haven't been able to find an answer for even though I tried. Mostly breeding related since I'm trying to set up my breeding male and stuff. :3

1. What does refunding breedings mean?

2. How do you know if the male is low fertility friendly?

3. What things should I consider and take into account when setting up a studding thread?

4. Any advice on pricing? This is my stud: Link

1. There is a minimum price that must be set for studs (100SC + 10SC per marking) so some people refund part of that price to make their price more what they consider to be fair. So after you sent in your 200SC for a breeding, for example, they would send you back some or all of that payment in a private trade.

2. Click 'Breed to this Breeding Male' from a stud's page and you'll be taken to a page where you pick which female you want to breed and can see all his rules. If there is a minimum fertility, it will be listed there.

3. State what makes the stud special - unique base/markings/eyes, if they're low gen, non-inbred, etc. Also mention any rules you have. Browsing the stud forum should give you a good idea of what sorts of things to mention!

4. I've seen similar studs going for about 500SC, though I'm not sure how popular they are. I've seen it advised to set your stud price on the lower end, and then jump the price anytime you run out of slots for the week. (So, for example, set it to 200, raise it to 300 if you run out of slots before the next Monday, continue until your price seems to equal demand).
