Who's behind Acorn Designs?

Hello, I'm Iona! Ever wonder why those Lunar critters like acorns so much? Well, some of them come and spend them in my shops...

Welcome to Acorn Designs. This is a small design shop, in which you can purchase wolf designs for SC, GC, and acorns.

I've been customising my own wolves since Day 1, pouring all of my hard earned SC into GC and all of my GC into grove items and customiser sprees. I have also created designs for friends, taken the occasional private request, and won a few contests (I designed Handsome Devil!). I figured it was time to start a small design shop to get more commissions and help more players get the wolf of their dreams or finish designing that pesky wolf they just can't get right. I have put together a condensed portfolio in the post below. See something you like? Fill in the form at the end of this post and get your own wolf designed by me!

How much do these cost?

Mostly I want this shop to function on a PWYW (pay what you want) basis. What do you think my designs are worth, and what do you have on hand? I will accept offers in mixed currency (SC, GC and acorns, with an acorn worth roughly 15 SC). I might accept refunded breedings on a case by case basis. I will be picky. ^^'

I do reserve the right to decline an offer if I find it is not fair (10 SC for a complex 10 marking wolf, for example).

Here are some price guidelines based on what I see in other threads, if you need a ballpark to work with:

• 80 SC / 1 GC for a simple design (adding 2-4 markings to an existing wolf to make it a little fancier)
• 400 SC / 5 GC for a complex design (10 markings and tweaks to coordinate base/eyes etc.)
  
• 800-2000 SC / 10-25 GC for an in-depth commission with several rounds of edits, resulting in a stellar wolf

If you are not happy with the design, I will take feedback and do rounds of edits until you are satisfied, especially if you tip for this.

Luna base design - Sold

Wolf: In this case I have two. I want complementing designs for Swifty II and his pairbond mate Gertrude

Design Idea: In Swifty's case, I'd like him to have a design visually similar to his mother. Gurtrude I just want to look nice and complement Swifty with combo mark potential.

Guidelines: Keep existing bases and all markings except for Swifty's Grey Patchy Unders. If the design needs tweaks to the nose, skin, claw, or eye color to look nice, feel free to. Custom markings are preferred, but not necessary if it does not work. All I need is for it to look good. ;D

Payment: I'll need a quote for both SC and GC to help make my final decision.

I made a first draft of a design for Swifty II, trying to create a subtle blended light look to match his mum. Is this going in the right direction? I can play around some more if needed. If you like it, I'll start working on Gertrude. Based on the colours I have used for him, possible combo marking colours would be zircon, sepia, ducat and silver. Do you like those?

Oooh, I really like that. It's fine if more of the base shows though. ;D The combo color options work well too.

Wolf: Viren

Design Idea: I'd like him to look nicer to compliment his (lore-wise) mate, my lead wolf. I love him having a beige/black/white theme.

Guidelines: You're welcome to change his current markings if you think they don't work, but love the colours I mentioned. I'd like to keep his brown eyes though.

# Of Markings: 4-6 however looks best <3

Payment: Let me know if it should be higher but 90SC? I can pitch in an acorn too !
