Judging by the scent, you determine that it is none other than Soren, who went missing very recently. At least you now have closure. 

I was hoping they'd survive, but they were at 11% so I think it's impossible for them to rip, and funnily enough the one I didnt enter is still living at 2%

One of your scouts found Apri's body today. She was lying next to a colourful plant, one that you had discovered to be highly toxic. Judging by the bite marks on the plant and the vomit near Apri, she had eaten quite a bit of the plant before succumbing to death. 

Choco wandered away from the den early this morning to get a drink of water from a nearby river. Sadly, he didn't see the well-camouflaged alligator lurking closely nearby before he was snatched away in the reptile's jaws. He has died.

You hadn't had the chance to teach Dirty Cream about snakes and why they should be avoided. He ventured out to play, unaware of what that rattling noise was... Until it was too late. His body was found today near a rattlesnake den.
