CSS Hosting Restrictions?

I'm not able to host CSS on my personal host, but it works just fine when I use Dropbox. I'm using the exact same code and file. Is this a restriction that Wolvden has to keep people from hosting on sites other than approved ones?

If it is a restriction, does anyone have a list of the sites we can host our CSS on? Thanks!
