Will you ever accept GC/in game stuff for a tattoo design?

I'm kinda debaiting on getting a tattoo in a few years and I have a idea as to what I want and where--

Plagg, i am not sure, i might on a rare occassion but the designs i put as examples cost me about 2 weeks each to make. so it would be a lot of currency. I do prefer to get USD for that since it would motivate me more to make a better piece for real money in that regard.

so idk yet..
