Project Nobaby: A Low-Stat Subproject

Greetings, and thank you for looking at this project first and foremost! I've taken a lot of thinking, planning, and consideration into this and it means a lot that you decided to see more about this!

But the question is: Who (or what) is Nobaby?

Nobaby is a glitched befriend encounter, in which a pup of 0 stats, no base, no eyes/claw/skin/nose are traceable. The pup appears as a brown base, brown-eyed pup like this:

Users have found this pup to be a delight, including myself, and kinda wish to have this pup around for good. At least, instead of being manually deleted by moderators due to Nobaby being a glitched wolf.

This is where Project Nobaby comes in.

Project Nobaby will be to solely create a Nobaby, completely legalized as of Wolvden standards, with 0 stats and its defaulted look. Sadly, lineage will have to be enlongated to achieve this goal, as the original Nobaby had no lineage.

But the matter of fact is the majority of Wolvden who want their Nobaby back, will get them back.

My goal over next few months, granted I find starting wolves without much lineage/NBWs with low start stats, I plan to bring Nobaby into Wolvden just for the sole purpose of letting others hear the call of Nobaby without having to see them deleted.

As this is a breeding project, wolves can be gifted to me to help further the project i.e. NBWs with low starting stats, short lineage wolves with low start stats, etc. Just be sure to add something in the note saying "For Project Nobaby" or anything along those lines.

Developments in the project will be posted to this forum thread when big breaks to small updates happen, and replies are welcome here! But careful reminder that the updates may be flushed in with the replies so you may have to dig deep if you want the spice of it all!

Again, I can't thank you enough for checking this out! It means a lot and I hope you'll enjoy watching the progress of this project as much as I do.

*Edit: This project is a clean lineage, chase/sell after one (1) breeding project. So if some of these wolves end up being positive for carriers, they may appear on TC for cheap!

Updates:

• 04/30/2021 - The official start of Project Nobaby. First additions being Honey Dewdrop, a female at 173 stats whom was purchased in TC for 5 SC, and Snow, a male NBW at 192 stats.

• 05/01/2021 - Additions to the project include a male NBW (Rarity 2) at 199 stats named Fading Dusk, and a male NBW (Rarity 1) at 187 stats named Tuff Times. Tuff Times was gifted by Badger (#10939).

• 05/02/2021 - Additions to the project include a female named Haelgos at 183 stats, a female NBW (Rarity 1) named Drava at 194 stats, and a female NBW named Brunette at 191 stats. Haelgos was gifted by Burrito (#41713), and Brunette was gifted by Solar Howls~{Chatlawyer} (#26993).

• 05/04/2021 - Addition to the project includes a male NBW named Golden Eye at 185 stats.

• 05/09/2021 - After waiting a week, Brunette and Snow have been pairbonded, alongside Drava and Fading Dusk.

• 05/10/2021 - Both Brunette and Drava were bred and are expecting their pups on 05/14/2021. Brunette will be having 4 pups, while Drava will have 3. A new pup was added by the name of Bumble, a 159 statted female whom was bought from Lionel (#34199) for 20 SC.

• 05/12/2021 - After waiting for her age-up, Honey Dewdrop was pairbonded to Golden Eye. They have been bred and are expecting 3 pups on 05/16/2021.

• 05/14/2021 - Brunette and Drava both had their pups! Brunette's litter had a 176 statted female, a 177 statted male, a 178 statted male, and a 179 statted male. Two of the pups had been chased due to no selling qualities (177 & 179). Drava's litter had two 180 statted males and a 184 statted male. All have been kept due to sellable qualities. Tuff Times and Haelgos have been pairbonded and will have to wait until 06/01/2021 to breed due to pairbond breeding slots being used for the month.

• 05/16/2021 - Honey Dewdrop had her litter! The litter contains a 149 statted female (a runt too!), a 169 statted female, and a 170 statted male. All are being kept due to sellable, low stat project qualities.

• 05/20/2021 - Snow, Brunette, Drava, and Fading Dusk have all been broken from their respective pairbonds and placed on the Trading Center for 5 SC, 5 SC, 10 SC, and 10 SC respectively. They will be chased near rollover if no one buys. *Edit for this day only: All have been chased due to no buyout.

• 06/01/2021 - Haelgos and Tuff Times have been bred! They are expecting 3 pups on 06/05/2021. Golden Eye and Honey Dewdrop have also been disbanded from their pairbond. Both will be chased immediately after their broken pairbond.

•06/05/2021 - Haelgos has had her pups! The litter contains a 160 statted male (a runt too!), a 174 statted male, and a 175 statted male (largest pup). All pups are being kept to possibly complete Enclave quests.

•06/06/2021 - Haelgos and Tuff Times have had their pairbond disbanded. Tuff Times will be chased immediately while Haelgos will wait until her pups to be weaned until her fate is met.

•06/07/2021 - Drava's baby and Brunette's baby have been pairbonded and bred! They're expecting 4 pups on 06/11/2021.

•06/11/2021 - Drava's baby and Brunette's baby had their litter! It contains a 165 statted female, a 167 statted male, and two 170 statted females! Their pairbond will be broken and Drava's baby will be immediately chased while Brunette's baby will stay until the pups wean.

•07/03/2021 - Honey Dewdrop's baby and a newcomer named Trident, a 156-statted male, have been pairbonded and bred. They are expecting 3 pups on 07/07/2021. They will be disbanded shortly after the breeding and Trident will be chased, while Honey Dewdrop's baby will stay until her pups are born and weaned.

•07/04/2021 - Haelgos's baby and Bumble have been pairbonded and bred. They will be expecting 2 pups on 07/08/2021. They will be disbanded shortly after the breeding and Halegos's baby will be chased, while Bumble will stay until her pups are born and weaned. A 198 statted male NBW by the name of Turmoil has been added, gifted by ⌘Tallbarr⌘ (#29379).

•07/07/2021 - Honey Dewdrop's baby and Trident had their litter! The litter consists of a 152 statted female, a 153 statted female, and a 154 statted female.

•07/08/2021 - Haelgos's baby and Bumble had their litter! Due to me being inconsistent and forgetting to update, the only record of the litter was a 157 statted female.

•07/17/2021 - A second-generation wolf of two pairs of PN NBWs and Turmoil have been pairbonded and bred. They are expecting 4 pups on 07/21/2021. The pairbond has been broken immediately and Turmoil has been chased. The second-generation wolf will stay until her pups are birthed and weaned.

•07/21/2021 - The wolves mentioned above had their litter! The litter consists of a 170 statted female, a 170 statted male, a 171 statted male, and a 173 statted male.

•07/23/2021 - A new wolf had been added to the project! Seldom, a 189 statted male, was added via a gift from nill (#46531).

Hey! I'm also doing a private Nobaby project, but I'd like to help if that is alright. I have this NBW (insert text here) and she has only one marking, and 191 base stats (no role/still level 1). She has the brown base too, so maybe she will be of great use to you in your breeding project?

(At the time I'm typing this, she's still on a cooldown 'cause I befriended her a couple minutes ago but that cooldown might be gone once you see this)

I have a glass-eyed NBW at 189 stats, if you'd like her for free.

Also, I dunno if you're taking non-NBWs, but I have this girl and her litter (pups at 159, 160, and 162). For her and her pups I'd like 50 sc to partially offset the stud fee I paid.

I do accept non-NBWs! But if I could get just one of the 160 and below pups on that mom, I could strike a deal. But otherwise, since I'm making it a challenge to only use the first litter of the wolf's cycle (like their 1y 0m heat after aging from adolescence for example), I wouldn't really be interested in the mother herself.

Makes sense! Would you like the 159 girl or the 160 boy? I'll reserve that one for you when weaned. Maybe for 20 sc?
