Gift The Player Above You (Ver. Rich for Newbies)<3

Saw this exact thread on lioden so I thought lets give it a shot here!
Rules of the game is:
No lowballs, must send the player above you something on their list, and no skipping players.
Don't put things like this: 1000+ SC (this is unreasonably high) instead drop it down to 200+SC (The player can send more if they'd like) Also No lowball items such as food or amusement unless the player asks for it!
