Norse Packs - Vargr of Yggdrasil! (Accepting new members!)

My name is Spencer, and I am Rökkatru. I have been working closely with my mother Angrboða and brother Fenrisúlfr for a little over a year, now. I am still learning and growing, as we all are.

In my time on Wolfden I have noticed a large number of packs seeming to theme their packs around the Norse pantheon, which made me very excited!

I figured it would be beneficial to start a group for us all.

This will be a group for swaps of wolves, art, and items, discounted/free studding, building pack lore, forming alliances and oppositions with other packs, RP, and more!

FAQ

Do I need to work with the Norse pantheon to join?

Working with the old gods is not necessary to join! This group is primarily focused around Wolvden lore and packs, though of course anyone who is working with the Norse pantheon is more than welcome to join! ^^

Hi! I’m intrigued! My pack, Britannia, is based on the rivers, hills and mountains, ancient tribes and kingdoms of the British Isles, which of course includes Britons, Anglo-Saxons and Vikings/Danes. I’m not making something specifically Norse ... though one of my caves is Thor’s Cave (which is a real place, not too far from where I live :) ). As Britain is a mongrel, so are my wolves - would this interest you or are you 100% Norse?

My pack is set in the British Isles too, rather than the USA/Canada. After all, there were wolves here too!

Any other comments/thoughts/notes?: My pack isn’t quite based on the Norse pantheon, but the pack is named after a Scandinavian/Norse creature in folklore. My pack members will also be given strictly Scandinavian/ Celtic names. The packs culture and lore will also have elements from Norse and Celtic culture. Does my pack fit into this clan? :)

I just started a couple of days ago so I don’t have any alliance/enemies yet, but getting into the roleplaying side of these games (Got here from Lioden.) was something I always wanted to do.

I specifically looked to see if anyone was making Norse-themed clans and found this thread! So I decided, “Why not?”, since I plan for my pack to be heavily Norse-influenced.

I’m off and on with activity, but I’m an artist. My writing isn’t as good, but I would love to help make and discuss lore with people.

Anything you would like to offer to the pack?:  Usually have a surplus of food and amusement items that I would love to share! Helping is what I love to do most, so just providing supplies to others is great for me. I'm an artist but it doesn't necessarily mean I'll have the time to dedicate art to the clan regularly, but it's something I enjoy doing when I can. Avid roleplayer, somewhat sloppy writer.

Any other comments/thoughts/notes?: Somewhat hoping this might get me to get off my butt and start learning Norwegian!

Pack lore (optional): Still working it out, honestly. What I have in mind is that the current leader is set in the old ways of his previous pack, when he was still a pup. The other members aren't treated fairly because of this and he is eventually overthrown. 

Anything you would like to offer to the pack?:  I'll sometimes have some extra food or herbs that I can give away! I'm a good writer (I'm really good when it comes to describing emotions) albeit unmotivated a lot of the time, but I can come up with some base ideas and slowly work on them.

Any other comments/thoughts/notes?: My clan is set.. Well, I'm not sure where. I have them up in the mountains, so maybe Norway could work?
