Modify/remove the 1 RO cooldown for pups abandoned to the bear.

       Hi, devs! I'm very happy with the new update and all the features that it brings, but there was one major problem I saw with the new bear adoption center. So, all the new pups show up right after 1 rollover. For me, a rollover happens around 3 AM. I would have to stay up very late to get any of the good pups. For other players, RO happens at a reasonable time and they can be online as soon as possible. They would be able to grab any good wolves, hours before many players would get online.

       There are two solutions I see here. Either remove the cooldown entirely, making wolves appear instantaneously when they're abandoned, or set the cooldown to a unit of time (think, 15 minutes or half an hour). These changes would mean players that can't be on the second RO happens would still have a chance at any valuable pups the bear has to offer.

I support! I don't wanna wait till 3 AM, where i'd be asleep mind you, to get all the good and or cute pups! Maybe make the CD the same as when you'd buy a wolf from TC. 2 hours, doesn't seem that long right?

Yea I agree the waiting the whole 1 RO Seems extreme. It should be treated the same Cool down time as if the wolf was just traded or found in exploror: 1 hour I feel is a fair cool down time

I support, just because I think a 15ish minute cooldown (or even more, like a few hours) instead of 1 RO would make it more interesting. That way the Enclave will have users coming and going throughout the day, not just right after RO.

7am for me, so no way I'm making RO. Would love this change as had basically assumed I'd never get to adopt pups

I support because it'd be nice to see new pups added on a regular basis! For me, RO is at 5pm so I can adopt pups then but for convenience's sake having more added throughout the day is nice
