If you find someone living in the Riparian Woodland biome, they can buy it from the raccoon (or if you have a small pack, just move there and then move back)

I am living in the Riparian Woods, but I intend to move soon. I don't have the SC to purchase it myself to trade for a refund, but if you'd like me to snag it for you I can!
